ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

  • The MicrofitnessFemale programme has been specially designed for women by Cavemantraining.
  • Microfitness™ Female can help you to achieve your goals, no matter whether you’re completely new to training, or if you’ve had a few years of training under your belt.
  • We’ve designed this programme to build up muscular strength and endurance, as well as cardiovascular fitness, while targeting all the traditional female “trouble spots”. If you’ve dreamed of tighter abs, sleeker thighs, and taut arms that won’t jiggle when you wave, then Microfitness™ Female is for you.
  • This safe, effective and efficient programme requires you to commit to only two sessions a week of around 20-30 minutes. You’ll work with a personal trainer during these two weekly sessions to make sure that you learn the correct exercise technique, and that you’re working at the right intensity. In the final three weeks of the programme, we’ll recommend that you do three sessions a week – but by then you’ll have enough experience that you can choose to do that third session from home if you prefer.
  • Don’t let the short duration of the sessions fool you into thinking that the workouts will be easy. Nothing comes without effort and dedication. Each workout will leave you feeling like you’ve pushed yourself almost to your limits, and you’ll walk out of the gym feeling as if you’ve accomplished something to be proud of.
  • MicrofitnessFemale takes away an excuse that those of us in the industry hear all too often – the excuse of not having enough time. With this programme, each time you come to the gym, you can be in and out in 30 minutes, flat – and that includes the time it takes to change into workout gear! That’s the amount of time you’d take to watch one episode of a sitcom. As a busy woman juggling a career, family, and other obligations, we know you’d like to invest your 30 minutes wisely. Spending it on improving your health and fitness will get you far more returns than sitting in front of the television.
  • The MicrofitnessFemale programme is split into four phases, and will progressively challenge you over twelve weeks to build up your fitness levels. We mix and match calisthenics, body weight exercises, and gym exercises with machines and free weights. Come in for a session any day of the week, but leave at least 48 hours between each session to ensure recovery. You should see improvements in your strength and cardiovascular endurance within the first four to six weeks. By the end of the twelve-week programme, you’ll find that you have more energy, and don’t be surprised if you find that your favorite clothes start to feel loose.
