There are many different ways to get value out of your membership. You can:

Of course, posting is optional; you can remain completely private and not participate, and just take advantage of the content as you please. I’m a newer CIC member but a longtime Kettlebell Workout member and I must disclose that I am thrilled to have the quality of workouts provided in CIC. Each week, there are new and curated workouts for us which includes all the details from start to end. The workout videos are broken into an introduction, programming, warm up and workout technique which goes through specific instructions on how to perform each movement properly and safely, common mistakes, alternatives and progression, prep work followed by the follow along workout and cooldown.
Videos are professionally recorded and edited. CIC workouts specify the goal and intensity so that you know what to expect which is exactly what I needed. One does not have to utilize every video and you can choose to jump straight into the follow along workout if you choose to but I like having all detailed instruction and information.
I choose CIC because I have the best quality workouts designed by Coach who has carefully and strategically designed the workouts for specific goals.
In addition, other CIC members are encouraging and the coaching offered has been very helpful to me. Personally, I am learning so much being a part of the community and this has helped me with proper form and technique as a newer kettlebell enthusiast. Initially, I was looking for an online self-paced/on-demand streaming service that offered knowledgeable technical KB instruction in conjunction with the opportunity to do a full length, following along KB workout with the teacher/instructor. Awesome video workouts especially the live sessions online. They are very well-structured, starting with a warm-up and stretch session to prepare you for the main workout. This is always followed on with a good mix of cardio and strength work to finish the session on. During the online-workouts Taco and Anna explain and demonstrate each of the movements clearly, adding variations and alternatives where appropriate for those using only one bell, or are working towards reaching a range of movement to which they are comfortable with. During the live sessions there are always opportunities to ask questions on technique and movement making the whole experience more interactive for those taking part.
