Detailed instructions and different options are included when two kettlebells are used in a workout. If an exercise is more advanced it will include a regression or a progression to the exercise. You can ask questions about the instructions.

    Regarding weekly workouts – I came here in order to receive the workouts that I would be able to do every single workout and to be able to program my own workout schedule. I found 90 or more units for that. They are well prepared (considering the information provided) and very thorough, however it is takinf me a long time to review the workouts and see if it is for me or not. As I have not much ree time in reviewing all the information provided, I missed some short info, that would be very comfortable to use, and by which the quick decision could be made if the workout is for me or not. What I mean is – short 5-10 seconds videos with the exercise and the name of it (the perfect example would be instagram workout videos. So, when I decide to go to do a workout it takes for me around 3-5 minutes, to review like 20 workouts and then to choose one and start doing it. When I wen to the UNITS in the FB and tried to review them, it took me ~20-25 minutes to review one workout thoroughly in order to start doing it. To be frank – I did twentytwenty – it was a brutal workout and I liked it, but next time I did the workout, I went to instagram and just chose one, because I new I have to invest much more time in looking to Units in Your FB profile. I hope this information will help, because Your workouts are great, but for me personally it takes too much time to get it. Also – the information that is provided should be in the same order from UNIT 1, meaning, that all the information should have the same format. Now one unit description is in PDF, the other one is in .ODT, the third description is in the comments etc…The most presious thing we have in life is time, so it is very important to use it smart 🙂 especially in the information world we are living today.       Hello Justas, first of all, thank you for your feedback. You are the first person to write along those lines.

      The inner circle is not made for quick “jump in and get out” workouts. We focus on form and technique, and above all, safety. The group is about participation and communication. When you go to CrossFit you don’t get to chose what you do, you do what is set out for you that day, in our case week. People that don’t like that will need to fork out money for a coach so that they get private programming catering to them.

      The inner circle is about learning, each workout comes with a lot of details, people that aren’t interested in those details are usually the ones that get injured. You need to invest time into working out safely and as mentioned plenty of times in the welcome post and welcome video, you have us coaches to ask questions, meaning, if at any stage you were lost, you could call upon us.

      Is the inner circle perfect? Of course not, but that’s why you pay only a low fee each week, once our group is perfect, everyone will be paying triple what they are now. Luckily the inner circle can be canceled anytime so that anyone who doesn’t enjoy it can leave if they feel it is not for them.
