As a beginner working with 2 bells at a time is still something I am learning, along with not smashing my forearms to a pulp. I absolutely love that you included a warmup and how much emphasis you put on that. I am notorious for jumping into a workout with minimal prep and running away without stretching at the end. I was also watching your partner in crime (the lady doing the workout with you) and got some ideas from her that made my life a bit easier. Your pointers are really good about where and what to focus on, what the movement is trying to accomplish. Also the PDF had a ton of good information in it about the movements and how to scale them.
