    incredible amount of detail. Need to read through it again. Love the video links. A great amount of work went into this ebook. A great value. I am a sport guy, but am always looking to learn more about kettlebells and movements associated with the sport. I have already incorporated several stretches and mobility movements into my training sessions. A great book.

    You can’t go wrong owning this book! Extremely informative, has something for everyone… from the complete novice to the intermediate/advanced lifter. LOADS of workouts, and packed with expert knowledge of the physiology and the anatomy utilised in Kettlebell techniques… 5 out of 5
