    I really enjoyed the reading and discovered new grip variables. I found that some of them were just minor adjustment of the main or standard grip (with or without the pinky fingers) but important to have in mind when trying to make some movements harder or easier.

    A great resource for someone new to Kettlebells. I had no idea how important using the right grip would be for kettlebell training. The content is organized and at just the right level of detail. I’m sure there could be a much larger and more detailed book, but that would be overwhelming and take to long to read. This book allows you to read a little and then grab a KB and try out what you have learned.

    I recommend this book for every person who trains with kettlebells! As I studied the various grips and applied them to exercises I had already been working, I discovered that proper grip affects the movement. Often, I was using improper form because the grip wasn’t correct and as a result I was feeling quite sore after workouts. It is amazing how much more efficient the movement becomes with the proper grip. Added benefits are better workouts and less soreness after.
