well, before i got this download i had bought a lite kettlebell,a five pounder. now i see that is all wrong, i need a bigger one. for now i will use the five pounder as i have not exercised regularly in many years, and at 57 i don’t want to overdo it. but so far it feels good, my hips feel looser already. I have given my self a challenge, to do at least fifty swings a day. not much, really, an adequate start for me though. thank you
