3-Day In-Person Kettlebell Certification Bari Italy 1-3 Nov

Day 1 Kettlebell training fundamentals (November 1)
Day 2 Kettlebell strength and mobility (November 2)
Day 3 Kettlebell flows and combos (November 3)

 

You will learn how to correctly perform and teach kettlebell exercises for strength, cardio, power, endurance, and mobility. You will also understand how to perform workouts with the kettlebell.

Upon successfully passing the kettlebell certification you will receive your official kettlebell certificate from IKU™ (International Kettlebell University) and accredited by CSEN (Centro Sportivo Educativo Nazionale).

Assessments

On day 1 you will be assessed on the Squat, Swing, Clean, Press, and Row (single kettlebell).
On day 2 you will be assessed on the Windmill, Split-stance press, Ribbons, and several other exercises (assessments will be single kettlebell but double will be covered).
On day 3 you will be assessed on several basic flows and combos (assessments will be single kettlebell but double will be covered).

Day 1 from 9 am till 12 pm instructions and drilling of fundamentals
Day 1 from 1 pm till 5 pm instructions, workout, and assessments of fundamentals

Day 2 from 9 am till 12 pm instructions and drilling of strength and mobility
Day 2 from 1 pm till 5 pm instructions, workout, and assessments of strength and mobility

Day 3 from 9 am till 12 pm instructions and drilling of flows and combos
Day 3 from 1 pm till 5 pm instructions, workout, and assessments of flows and combos

Those who pass the assessments will receive their certificate, and those who do not pass will have up to 3 months to submit their videos online and obtain their certificate.
