Kettlebell Swing Practical

Please film yourself performing the conventional two-arm kettlebell swing and submit for assessment.

  1. film 10 repetitions side-on view
  2. film 10 repetitions front-on view
  3. film as many repetitions as possible with good form and stop before form and technique turns bad, film side-on view

 

You can make 3 separate videos or one whole video, and rest as much as you need between each one.

You can view the requirements and options for any video you upload for assessment here.

The additional requirements are:

  • wear shirt and shorts, or anything that doesn’t cover the elbows and knees

Once you uploaded your videos make sure you copy and paste the links to the videos in the exam for your assessor to view.
