This part of the course is where you self-assess, analyze your submitted videos and report on what you think can be improved. Take the time to analyze your video front and side-on, in normal and slow-motion speed. Be detailed with your answers and demonstrate you understood the material provided to you.

Self-assessment allows you to sometimes bypass redoing a video submission, i.e. your video might demonstrate an incorrect technique, but you’ve identified it, and you are aware of how to rectify or train it.
