Think about thin, lean, jacked, sexy you later on! Do you want to be riddled with injuries or be able to push the boundaries that bit further?

If you have shit shoulders, fix them.

If you have shit hips…. fix them!

The information is out there if you are willing to look!

You can have the best technique in the world but if you don’t have the number 1 skill of position you’re only half the athlete you could be.
