Caveman Circuit ‘Microfitness’ Certification

Pre-requisites for this certification is the Caveman Kettlebells Trainer Certification.

Microfitness is our shorter version of the Caveman Circuit.

Certification Programme

Thank you for your interest in becoming certified in Caveman Circuit. Developing knowledge of our circuit training programme will help ensure that you provide your clients with intense and effective workouts and ultimately reach their health and fitness goals.

Our Caveman Circuit workout programmes are designed to maximize your clients’ results. The workouts are extremely effective at developing muscular strength, burning calories and improving cardiovascular health because of how we structure each circuit workout. Each workout is extremely high intensity and lasts about 20 minutes. Training harder and shorter offers better results than training longer and at a lower intensity. Plus, the 20 minute sessions will be easy for clients with busy schedules to incorporate consistent exercise into their regimen.
