You know how to do it, but do you do it? NO!

I put out articles and videos about form and technique regularly, is my form and technique continuously on par with what I say? No it’s not.

You might know what to do, you might want to do it all the time, but there are times when you don’t, because you’re either too stubborn and want to get to that next level while saying to yourself —I’m talking about myself here btw— “lets not film this, or everyone will be boo’ing you” or you’re just not able to get in to it, your mind says “freakin smash it buddy” your body says “dude, seriously, again?! what happened to rest?”.

I cut some bad shit out of my videos, not everything I do is perfect, and I want people to know this, because as long as you know how to do it perfectly, what the technique is, what you’re aiming for, then it’s ok to mess up to a certain extend.

PS. the picture is just an awesome guy squatting heavy shit with awesome form.

So with that said, stuff you haters! And apologies to those I bitched about while you had your moment.

There is a difference between not being educated, not looking for education and being educated and stuffing up. As long as you’re on a journey to learn, a journey to improve, not thinking you know it all and are almighty, well, you’re ok in my books.

PS. when I say it’s ok to stuff up, I don’t refer to the huge companies that put out videos on “How to do…”, as they have a responsibility to show the correct form and technique all the time.
