A. I got it all planned out, we’re doing a good warm-up followed by a 30 minute HIIT circuit and finish with a good stretching session.
B. I have nothing planned, first we warm-up, I will assess you all, go through technique, put a work-out together on the spot, we’ll work-out and then stretch.
