This kettlebell workout I named ‘Valentina’ it’s 40 minutes and includes the warm-up. The warm-up is 50 jumping jacks, 25 squats and 25 pancake burpees, you only do that once, but you start the timer when you start your jumping jacks. Then you perform with a heavy kettlebell a clean, squat and jerk, start with your left and repeat on your right, then with two medium weight kettlebells that you snatch up you perform a seesaw press with a slight upper torso rotation times 2.

 

40 minutes

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 25 squats
  • 25 pancake burpees

Perform only once.

With a heavy kettlebell perform.

  • Any clean
  • Squat
  • Jerk

Start with your left side and repeat on your right side.

With two medium weight kettlebells

  • Dead snatch
  • 2 seesaw presses

Repeat these two combos till the 40 minutes are up.
