- Strength training is also great for BJJ, but if you want more than just strength and if you don’t want to turn into a strong slow inflexible hulk, well, then it’s kettlebell for BJJ.
I could go on and on, but I think you got my point. If I had to pick anything else that would come close or share the spot with kettlebells, it would calisthenics.
