  • Double kettlebell work is great to add additional weight to your workout
  • Some double bell exercises are but not limited to; front squat; shoulder press; swing; etc.
  • How the arm  is rotated (where the thumb points) has an effect on clean
  • The effect it has is not covered but you should know that there is so much more to learn about the clean for efficiency
  • Safety racking grip is the grip you should implement with double kettlebells
  • There is a free PDF you can download which has over 25+ kettlebell grips including the flat hand and others for double bell
  • When working with two kettlebells your legs need to be further apart
  • Don’t get your fingers caught in between the handles when working with double kettlebells
