Caveman Training™ - Sporting Teams

Prepare for the upcoming season...

The Caveman Training™ program is the perfect strength and conditioning routine to prepare all athletes and teams for their upcoming sports seasons.

The pre season program is run 1- 3 times per week for an hour each time. The program begins approximately 6 weeks out from competition and will conclude prior to season commencement.

All types of training are included in the program including, cardiovascular training, strength training and speed and agility training. This is an intense training program that prepares all participants for their sport, no matter what you compete in.

All sporting teams will be allowed entry into the program.
