Caveman Training™ - Intermediate

Take your fitness to a higher level...

This level of training is for the athlete who is in good shape but wishes to take their fitness to a higher level.

The Instructors push the participants out of their comfort zone while still emphasizing proper form and technique. The sessions are run at a higher pace than the Caveman Training™ Basic level with more emphasis on higher cardiovascular and muscular output. These sessions are structured much like the Caveman Training™ Advanced level but are run at a slightly slower pace. A strong team concept is present in every session.

Participants will be allowed into this level with the permission of a Breaking Point Caveman Training™ instructor.
