Caveman Training™ - Circuit
Different to anything you've done before...
This new training program is different to any other group program you would have done before. The sessions are approximately 1 hour in length and consist of a highly charged cardiovascular workout mixed with a large amount of unconventional exercise techniques.
The emphasis of these sessions is on cardiovascular and strength training at very high intensity, with the ultimate goal of fat loss and a leaner physique. Most participants are allowed entry into the program after a quick health and strength check and are encouraged to push themselves to their limit. The instructors lead the session in a highly motivated, team oriented, participant supportive environment.
Caveman Training circuits are already operating every Saturday from 4-5pm, at "The TOUGHSPOT" training centre in Stafford. Participants can book casually or purchase a group of sessions at a discounted rate.
